M&S SV04 pneumatically operated Double acting (air / air)
Applying the M&S Butterfly Valve SV04
The M&S Butterfly Valve SV04 is the latest generation butterfly valve from M&S Armaturen and meets all current requirements. The seal shape and shaft construction with bushes are compared to the previous model ('95 and '98). On top of these characteristics the valve has designed conform EHEDG. Technically, the valve meets all requirements and can even with the T-profile seal, to be used for full vacuum. The SV04 has a good ability to be dismantled.
S.K.S. performs the valve without operating as a stock item and can be combined with the correct entry with all ministries. The valves and seals are marked and equipped with numbers, size and batch number. A complete valve 3.1B certificate is possible. All the seals are made of EN-1935 and FDA approved materials. The flexibility of M&S Armaturen makes it possible to produce the valves completely to customer requirements (special connectors or mounting dimensions).
The M&S butterfly valve is the first one in the whole world with a DIN 11864 / DIN 11853 thread connections. That makes the SV04 compatible for ultra hygienic processes.
In addition, M&S Armaturen has a multiway or leak detection execution. Unique features of the M&S butterfly valve SV04 are:
