Alfa Laval PlusClean

The Alfa Laval PlusClean® is a wall-mounted cleaning nozzle specifically designed to clean shadow areas in tanks, such as beneath agitator blades and other internal components. Seamlessly integrated into the tank wall, PlusClean activates during Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) to target shadow areas with a high-impact fan of cleaning media, guaranteeing 100% cleaning coverage.

Standard Design

The PlusClean features all wetted components made from AISI 316L stainless steel. O-rings are available in FEP/SIL and EPDM. The choice of slot (spray pattern) can be optimized for spray impact length and flow rate at the desired pressure.
