Innovative Dual-Seat Sampling Valve
Introducing the Keofitt Sesame Sampling Valve, the latest innovation from KEOFITT®. This patented valve stands out in the market with its exceptional dual-seat design, providing optimal conditions for CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-In-Place). It also includes steam supply control, completely removing the steam inlet dead space found in other models.
The valve's standout feature is its membrane design, which incorporates two distinct seats: one for sampling and one for sterilizing/sanitizing. The second seat is positioned to seal off the valve head, allowing for the sterilization of the sealing area along with the valve chamber before each sampling. This design eliminates the need for a separate inlet, thereby removing any dead space during sampling.
The KEOFITT® Sesame valve is ideal for sampling products with low to medium viscosity, ranging from 0-1,000 cP, and can handle particles up to 3 mm in diameter.
