Applying the Alfa Laval Unique Sampling Valve
The Alfa Laval Unique Sampling Valve is a single seat valve designed for sterilization before and after each sample. A Unique sampling valve can be used with a simple manual operation but is also available with a pneumatic control. The valve is sealed by means of a membrane which is usually made of EPDM. Moreover they are manufactured from 316 stainless steel material. The Unique is available for different types of media with low, medium or high viscosity. Sampling valves are available in sizes DN25 to DN50. The end of the sampling may vary for the type of product.
