Durable and efficient sight glass illumination in combination with the Kieselmann In-line housing

The LED illuminated sight glass from Kieselmann offers many advantages over the conventional Halogen versions. Apart from delivering extended life and very low operating current they also generate virtually no heat during operation. Conventional halogen lamps have long been associated with product burn-on due to the heat which is generated during normal use. A situation made worse by the close proximity of the lamp to the glass. This burn-on simply will not occur with the Kieselmann LED illuminator.

The LED illuminator is available in two versions. The first version is a separate package where the self contained illuminator is housed in a stainless steel enclosure with a built-in switch and mounting bracket. This unit is suitable for mounting to a variety of sight glasses providing illumination for both Inline and vessel mounted applications. The second is a bespoke package that forms part of the Kieselmann lnline hygienic instrument housing system.

Kieselmann In-line housing for measuring and process equipment

The Kieselmann ln-line housing program provides the best solution for the hygienic installation of process and instrumentation equipment. The spherical shaped lnline housing with its hygienic designed clamp connections ensures excellent CIP/SIP performance at any time. Various inserts for process and instrumentation purposes are available. The universal design of the clamp connections allows a solution based flexibility for instrumentation and guarantees the interchangeability and backfitting of various inserts.

The Kieselmann ln-line housing system is specifically designed and meticulously manufactured to enable the user to stay informed without impacting product quality.
