That is why SKS has developed the Q-Fitt programme: a carefully selected range of high-quality weld fittings, specially tailored to applications in the food and pharmaceutical industry.

As a specialist in stainless steel pipeline components and leading supplier to the process industry, we see it as our task to take care of everything for you. The Q-Fitt range is highly standardised and carries our own brand mark. This ensures constant quality, compliance with legislation and a perfectly matching piping system.
Q-Fitt package structure
The Q-Fitt package consists of standardised components such as:
- Stainless steel tube according to EN 10357 BC / EN 10217-7 W2Ab,
- Welded bends: short (BS) and long (BL),
- T-pieces: short (TS) and long (TL),
- Weld reducers: concentric (RC) and eccentric (RE),
- Suitable connections such as:
- Screw connections (DIN 11864-1, DIN 11853-1, DIN 11851 SKS design),
- Flange connections (DIN 11864-2, DIN 11853-2),
- Clamp connections (DIN 11864-3, DIN 11853-3, DIN 32676 and ASME BPE).
Non-standard components (such as a single-flow T-piece or reducer >3 steps) are outside the Q-Fitt range.
All Q-Fitt components are:
- Manufactured according to EN 10357 BC / EN 10217-7 W2Ab and EN 10374,
- Marked with product specifications for optimal traceability,
- Supplied with a Ra-value < 0.8μm up to DN125, including the weld seam,
- Annealed according to PED up to DN125 for extra corrosion resistance,
- Delivered with standard capped tube,
- Available in both millimetre (Series A) and inch (Series D) sizes.
