This will allow you to enjoy the advantages and the ease of our e-platform via your own system, which will enable you to work more quickly, efficiently and accurately.What is an OCI/punchout link?
OCI stands for Open Catalog Interface. An OCI link makes it possible to use your own ERP or purchase system to view the SKS online product catalogue, and to experience the advantages of our e-platform. You can select products and place them in your basket. Next, the product data are sent to your own ERP or purchase system (in real time), where you can add the cost centre or rather required information.Work more efficiently in 5 steps!
- Through your ERP or purchase system, the user automatically logs into the SKS e-platform. There is no need for the user to have or remember any login details.
- The user adds products to the basket.
- The product data will then be sent from the SKS e-platform to the ERP or purchase system.
- The user can add a purchase number in the ERP or purchase system for example, or start a workflow to have a colleague approve the order.
- The order will then be sent to SKS digitally (for example by email, Sales-in-de-Bouw or cXML). We process the order and will send it to the delivery address.
