What will you do?
- Order processing;
- Registering and following up on complaints and returns;
- Answering customer questions;
- You will work closely with the sales team to turn customer feedback into actionable insights and optimise the customer experience
What qualities do you bring:
- You listen actively, ask targeted questions and know how to get the message across correctly to customers and colleagues
- You are digitally proficient in working with ERP systems and office 365 programmes
- A solution-oriented and structured way of working
- You are a team player and enjoy working both together and independently
- You are customer-oriented, helpful and meticulous and have an interest in technology
- You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and show initiative and ownership.
