Funktion Alfa Laval LKB Scheibenventile

Die hygienischen Alfa Laval LKB Scheibenventile charakterisieren sich durch die speziellen Dichtungen und den verhältnismäßig kompakten Druckluftmotoren. Die besonderen Dichtungen machen die Ventile für den Einsatz unter Vollvakuumbedingungen möglich. Alfa Laval Absperrklappen sind in folgenden Ausführungen erhältlich:

Zoll-Abmessungen (Typ LKB)
DIN-Abmessungen (Typ LKB-2)
Zwischenflansch-Version (Typ LKB-F)

Alle Scheibenventile können optional für die Montage von M12 oder M18 Näherungsschaltern vorbereitet werden. Zudem können Stellantriebe vom Typ LKLA-T für einen automatischen Betrieb ausgerüstet werden, welche auch mit der Think-Top Steuerungseinheit erweiterbar sind. Das Ventil ist sowohl in 304L und 316L Edelstahl verfügbar und kann mit Elastomeren wie, MVQ, EPDM, HNBR, FPM ausgerüstet werden.

Zusätzlich bietet Alfa Laval zwei weitere Ausführungen für besondere Anlagenbegebenheiten:

LKB LP (Low Pressure)

LKB UP (Ultra Pure)

Die LP-Version ist ein Niederdruck-Scheibenventil. Die UP-Version wurde für die hohen Anforderungen der Industriebereiche der Biopharmakologie und Körperpflegeprodukte entwickelt. Die Ultra Pure-Version verfügt über entsprechende Zertifikate und einer Innenrauhigkeit von 0,5 µm DIN / ISO SF1 und 0.38μm oder 0,5 µm ASME BPE SF4 / SF1.
