Applying the SPX APV Delta DE3
The SPX APV Delta DE3 double seat valve is available in three versions:
- Standard DE3 Shut off valve
- Delta DEU3 Changeover valve
- Delta DET3 Tankoutlet valve
The SPX APV double seat valve Delta DE3 is an EHEDG-approved valve and can be used for applications where a "seat lifting" is not required. The Delta DE3 can be used in all kinds of applications, such as food and pharmaceutical industries. Delta DE3 is perfect for installation in hygienic applications where two media are has to be separated. Delta DE3 will be cleaned while cleaning the pipes and the leak chamber is cleaned by means of the built-in nozzle. The valve can be supplied with an SPX APV Control Unit which has connections for the PLC system including: Direct Wired, ASI-Bus, Profibus or DeviceNet. The actuator is completely maintenance free and has a warranty of five years. Moreovere, the valve is made for a "Normally Closed" application.
